Have had unit for 1 year 3 months and have incurred 2 rate increases. Their continual explanation is that rates are reviewed every 8 months Local customer service is great however; 800 customer service is non caring. So now moving to another facility.

I am totally satisfied with the price, service, and facilities provided by the store. They are military friendly and phenomenal to work with. The facilities look new and the service and attention to the customer is above standard. Couldn't ask for better service at a great price!
